Your outsourced appliance maintenance desk.
Send us the maintenance request. We take it from there.
PropertyCare™ coordinates the appliance-service process for property managers—from finding an available service provider and coordinating tenant access to diagnosis, approvals and follow-through.
You manage the properties. We manage the appliance problems.
PropertyCare™ handles what happens between “the appliance is broken” and “the problem is resolved”—while your team stays in control of repair decisions and approvals.
Send Us the Request
Send the property, appliance problem and tenant/access information to PropertyCare™.
We Coordinate Service
We coordinate an available participating appliance service provider and work through tenant/access scheduling.
You Stay in Control
Your team retains repair approvals and decisions. We coordinate the communication and follow-through around them.
One appliance request. One place to hand it off.
Instead of your team spending time sourcing providers, coordinating tenants and chasing the next step, PropertyCare™ becomes the appliance-service operation behind the work order.
- Appliance service-provider coordination
- Tenant and access scheduling coordination
- Diagnosis and next-step follow-up
- Repair-approval coordination based on your instructions
- Service-event documentation and available history
- Repair-or-replace information to support your decision
Keep the system you already use.
PropertyCare™ does not replace your property-management software. Your maintenance request can originate in the system your team already uses.
Send the appliance request to us, and PropertyCare™ coordinates the service process behind that work order.
Built around the maintenance work your team already has to manage.
PropertyCare™ is launching with appliance repair coordination. The focus is simple: make it easier for property managers to hand off the operational work involved in getting an appliance problem addressed.
What PropertyCare™ is—and isn't
PropertyCare™ is a maintenance coordination and management service. It is not an appliance warranty, insurance policy or repair-coverage plan.
Service providers perform the technical diagnosis and repair and are responsible for their workmanship and applicable repair warranty. Provider service and repair charges are separate.
Test the service without a long-term commitment.
Founding Partner Pilot membership.
Coordination, management, follow-through and service-event documentation.
No setup fee. No long-term commitment.
Actual provider diagnosis, repair, parts and replacement charges are separate.
Founding Partner goal
We're working directly with early property-management partners to validate the workflow and refine the service around real portfolios.
At the end of the pilot, participating partners can receive an Appliance Portfolio Report™ summarizing available service activity, repair spending, common problems, repeat issues and replacement recommendations.
